Virgin Hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment.
HD stands for “high definition”. HD lace is invisible when applied to the scalp. This ensures that the wig-wearer can have an exposed hairline, which looks very natural and renders the lace along the hairline highly undetectable.
Our goal is 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are unhappy with the hair, exchanges can be done but the hair must be kept in its original condition. Exchange must be done within 7 days of receiving the hair, unaltered and unworn and in original packaging. 1:1 Customized units and Vguchi Seasonal Collection CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. These unit are custom made to order, so there is NO Exceptions.

No, deposits are non refundable. Deposit does go towards the overall price for customization.
Within 3 to 4 weeks
No; 1:1 customization is only for hair that you are currently purchasing.
Yes, we do bleach knots
You can book up to 4 appointments. This is a way to track the progress of your custom look.
The customization appointment meetings can last up to 20 minutes.
